Cooking Class

Today my (Olivea & Wesley’s too) Spanish teacher had us cooking.  We shopped for ingredients at the Mercado, and came home to make guacamole.  Not difficult, but a fun warm up! On Monday we’ll make enchiladas! Nicaraguans add hard boiled egg to their guacamole and eat it with toast.  Otherwise it is pretty much the same.  Yum!
