Thursday was Mother’s Day, and Saturday was Day of the Child! Nicaraguan’s really do love to celebrate! Our friend’s planned a party for the kids in their family – and well, we’re FAMILY so we couldn’t wait to go! Well it is in fact the rainy season – and rain it did yesterday…so, the party was rescheduled for today, and a little bit earlier in the afternoon, with high hopes it might just be dry. And, God is Big and can do anything – so between 2 pm and dark he held off the rain. So we say “thank you” with grateful hearts for an incredible day to just play with our family!
